My car is currently lying on its side in a four foot ditch. Can't get it towed because we are under so much snow.....which is what caused said car to be lying on its side in the four foot ditch. I'm bummed. I'm just really bummed. Alive, but bummed.
Update: Car has been towed now that a snow plow came through. I will call and see what the verdict is tomorrow. Have to arrange a rental car tomorrow if the damage has me out of commission. They have updated us during the interim to a level 3 snow emergency meaning no cars on the road. If I had a car. Phebes is looking pretty good about now!

Did you have a wreck? Hope not. I'm just sick of all this snow. And the fact that it's not going to get warm enough to melt it away for a long time! Stupid global warming!

that just stinks.. Hopefully you are ok from your ditch incident? Sounds like bed is a good place....I'll send some sunshine your way!
ReplyDeleteI kind of know how you feel. The day after Christmas my car slide into 3 foot deep mud and the towing company wouldn't get it out for fear of being stuck themselves. I had to wait till it stopped raining for me to even get it back. And it's been raining down here about twice week since November.
ReplyDeleteWhat a BIG bummer! Glad to know you are OK and hope the damage to your car is not too terrible.
ReplyDeleteOh, EG, I'm so sorry! Glad to hear you're not hurt and the car will hopefully be unhurt too. :(
ReplyDeleteIt is sounding like my car might have survived to drive another day....crossing my fingers. Gonna go drive it this evening.
ReplyDeleteI am SO glad you are OK. I've never lived in snow. sounds like an adventure.
