Trot 10 miles non-stop
Wk 3: 10 miles in < 1 h 10 min (one can always wish *LOL*)
Sprints, 30 minutes of hills
Arena
Trot 12 miles
Wk 4: Trot 12 miles
Sprints

Trot 15 miles
Wk 5: Gallop the flats
20 mile in < 4:30
Arena / or hills
10 miles non stop trot
Wk 6: 10 miles trotting
15 miles < 2:30

Wk 7: Sprints & Arena work
