This is the conditioning plan for the 25 mile ride

Conditioning Schedule by Week:

Wk 1: 6 miles in 1 hour
6 miles in 1 hour
Arena work on transitions and gaining my seat
Trot 7 miles non stop

Wk 2: 7 miles in < 70 min.
7 miles in < 70 min.
Arena work on transitions and gaining my seat
Trot 10 miles non-stop

Wk 3: 10 miles in < 1 h 10 min (one can always wish *LOL*)
Sprints, 30 minutes of hills
Arena
Trot 12 miles

Wk 4: Trot 12 miles
Sprints
Arena
Trot 15 miles

Wk 5: Gallop the flats
20 mile in < 4:30
Arena / or hills
10 miles non stop trot

Wk 6: 10 miles trotting
15 miles < 2:30
Arena
Hills

Wk 7: Sprints & Arena work
3 days off
Off to the ride!
