I'm thinking put them in little cello-bags, with a hoof pick, tied with twine. Hopefully I can convince a ride manager of their "cuteness."

Those really are cute! I would love to have one; can't decide which one I like best. I love color though, so I would probably pick one with some color on it. A thought: how big are they? Maybe a picture with a hoof pick alongside to get an idea. I am guessing quite small since the comment about including a hoof pick. Convince the ride manager that everyone needs a 'worry stone', so they can worry the rock and not their horse!

They are small about two inches give or take. I've done some colorful ones in the past, but my paint brushes were giving me grief, too much use on them, so I switched to simple, black, paint pen. I thought about adding a chapstick, or a hoof pick, or...? Something inexpensive but useful when you are "out there." Maybe a little pen light.
ReplyDeleteCute! They look like those Zuni fetishes (sp?). I would LOVE to get one. Because that would mean I not only started a ride but completed it. Which would be simply awesome, you have no idea. Or rather, I think you do. :)
