In fourth place Rusty Toth, also EasyCare, and best condition Haggin Cup! I saw lots of boots out there, about 30% of all starters. I don't know the finishing completion stats for booted with less than 50% completion rate overall this year (204 starters, 98 finishers, one tough race)
