Re-inventing the wheel...one more time

We are getting there in our slow steady way...tonight the first time we met our average for the hour long work out.  It has been so darned muddy!

    It makes me so very, very happy to see someone else trucking away slow and steady rather than training at 7-10mph. There may be hope for the pony yet!

    Slow is what we do...hey if you are gonna sock down a hundred bucks to go enter a ride...you may as well take your time and enjoy the day ☺
